do you like green?

The leftover, soaked-through colours from my previous spread of pages definitely influenced where I went with the next spread. I started with this leftover colour. . .
and added these squares, left on my desk . . .
(from another project)
And then these items!

Then I added water color crayons . . .

 and splatters

and words and lines

Ta da! Another art journal spread has come to life.
I am loving this!

  2. You certainly did a great job following the 'green' lead from what was already on the page. That's what I love about this stuff ... it just takes you there. Great job. Thanks for dropping by my blog Lenna ... Donna

  3. I love those water color crayons!!!! Your pages are full of life! You asked me if my studio was in downtown Newark and yes it is an open studio. There are some problems with that at times but people seem to be drawn in by the process and the materials I have spread across my table top. I wish we were closer...I think we could have a great time playing with our journal pages. Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart

  6. What a stunning green -Lenna, and a stunning spread- I love the the way you added the little "pictures" all over the right page-and that the green is living with nature and birds.
    Wonderful and vibrant.

  9. As much as I don't see of the green (I'm challenged in that area of the color spectrum), this is a reall nice spread, Lenna. I like.
